Tra 75 Costez, Hotel Costez e presto Casa Costez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">All\u2019Hotel Costez \u2013 Franciacorta, a Cazzago (Brescia), il ritmo non si ferma, ogni weekend.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br>Venerd\u00ec 16 ottobre il party \u00e8 Friday Encore, sabato 18 ottobre il sound trap, hip hop e reggaeton.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Ponte di Legno, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/75costez\/\">75 Costez <\/a>\u00e8 gi\u00e0 un punto di riferimento importante in una localit\u00e0 in sicura crescita per chi cerca il meglio\u2026 e non per caso qui \u00e8 in apertura un hotel a 5 stelle nell\u2019area di via Fratelli Calvi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019aperitivo qui inizia gi\u00e0 alle 16, la cena dalle 19:30 e dalle 23 ecco un after dinner tra musica e relax. Tra i piatti simbolo di questo spazio c\u2019\u00e8 la cotoletta, tartufo e Silter, che mette insieme la tradizione lombarda, il tartufo ed un formaggio tipico delle valli bresciane\u2026 Parliamo di una cotoletta alla milanese davvero invitante. La carne \u00e8 di vitellone e le dimensioni sono generose (ben 700 grammi). Dopo essere stata battuta come vuole la tradizione, viene impanata in farina, uovo e pangrattato e fatta cuocere nel burro chiarificato. Sulla cotoletta, a cui viene lasciato l\u2019osso, gli chef di 75 Costez grattano poi una generosa grattata di tartufo nero. Non \u00e8 tutto. Agli ospiti viene servita in un pentolino una fonduta di Silter, formaggio tipico camuno che \u00e8 anche Presidio Slow Food.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Piazza Dante, il cuore del centro di Bergamo, \u00e8 dove a breve aprir\u00e0 Casa Costez. Un nuovo posto, una nuova casa per chi ha voglia di mangiare bene (grazie ai piatti della brigata coordinata dallo chef Fabrizio Albini, allievo di Gualtiero Marchesi) e poi divertirsi con stile, con musica e show di qualit\u00e0. Casa Costez, dedicato ad un pubblico over 25, sar\u00e0 un dining club aperto quattro sere a settimana, dalle 21 fino a tardi, dal mercoled\u00ec alla domenica, con atmosfere diverse per ogni serata.
