MILANO (ITALPRESS) \u2013 Si \u00e8 tenuto a Milano presso Le Village l\u2019evento \u201cLa Customer Experience nel mondo Pharma Retail\u201d, organizzato da JAKALA, leader europeo nella data-transformation e partner di riferimento per l\u2019innovazione delle aziende del settore Pharma & Life Sciences.
\nDedicato ai professionisti del settore, l\u2019evento ha offerto un momento di riflessione sulla rilevanza crescente della Customer Experience (CX) nel mondo Pharma e Consumer Health, un tema sempre pi\u00f9 centrale per distinguersi in un mercato caratterizzato da rapidi cambiamenti e crescente competitivit\u00e0.
\nAl centro del dibattito, l\u2019utilizzo dei dati e delle tecnologie digitali per ottimizzare le interazioni con medici, farmacisti, pazienti e consumatori, con l\u2019obiettivo di creare esperienze pi\u00f9 coinvolgenti e su misura per ciascun target.
\nArmando Inserra, Head of Pharma di JAKALA, ha sottolineato come l\u2019attenzione alla Customer Experience sia diventata un fattore cruciale nelle decisioni di business: \u201cNon \u00e8 pi\u00f9 solo una leva strategica, ma un vero vantaggio competitivo. Oggi, per il mondo Pharma e Consumer Health, comprendere il comportamento dei clienti, personalizzare contenuti e relazioni e utilizzare i dati in modo intelligente sono fattori chiave per guidare decisioni aziendali efficaci e creare valore nel lungo termine\u201d.
\n\u201cOggi le aziende farmaceutiche stanno vivendo una trasformazione che le sta portando da un concetto pi\u00f9 tradizionalista, prodotto-centrico, fortemente centrato sul brand, a un approccio molto pi\u00f9 customer-centrico, che quindi implica l\u2019innovazione, l\u2019aumento di efficacia dei dialoghi che l\u2019azienda farmaceutica ha con i propri stakeholder\u201d.
\nL\u2019evento ha ospitato due J-Talks, moderati dal giornalista del Sole 24 Ore Giampaolo Colletti, e dedicati all\u2019integrazione dei dati nelle strategie aziendali. I due J-Talks hanno esplorato diversi aspetti dell\u2019evoluzione del Customer Engagement.
\nIl primo panel, intitolato \u201cDal Dato agli Insight\u201d, ha visto la partecipazione di: Fabio D\u2019Ovidio, Head of Location Intelligence di JAKALA; Alessia Brandimarte, Commercial Project Manager di Hippocrates; Anna Maria Calvio, Global Commercial Excellence Head di Alfasigma; Francesco Cavone, BU Head Primary Care di Giuliani; Silvia Chiavetta, Omnichannel Customer Experience Lead di Boehringer; Andrea Di Gesare, Head of Business Operations di Zambon.
\nI relatori hanno esplorato l\u2019impatto dei Location Analytics nell\u2019ottimizzazione delle strategie di trade e drive-to-store, illustrando come l\u2019uso mirato dei dati possa affinare i modelli di segmentazione e targeting. Si \u00e8 discusso inoltre di come il dato possa essere trasformato in insight utili a migliorare la personalizzazione nel settore Pharma, rispondendo alle esigenze di un target sempre pi\u00f9 complesso. In particolare, si \u00e8 sottolineata l\u2019importanza del Multistakeholder Engagement, che coinvolge medici, farmacisti, pazienti e consumatori, a dimostrazione di come il canale farmacia abbracci un pubblico altamente eterogeneo.
\nAl secondo panel, intitolato \u201cDagli Insight all\u2019Engagement\u201d, hanno preso parte: Giorgio Sacconi, Managing Director Digital & Media di JAKALA; Nicola Arici, Group Marketing Director Retail di Named Group; Matteo Colonna, Global Omnichannel & Digital Transformation Lead di Astellas; Lina Noschese, Commercial Excellence Director di TEVA; Marco Morandi, Data & Strategic Insight BU Director di Consulcesi Homnya; Selene Vasco, Digital & Omnichannel Lead di J&J Innovative Medicine.
\nIn questa sessione si \u00e8 discusso dell\u2019uso delle tecnologie digitali, tra cui l\u2019Intelligenza Artificiale (AI) e la Generative AI, per migliorare la personalizzazione dei contenuti e aumentare l\u2019efficacia delle strategie di engagement. L\u2019attenzione si \u00e8 concentrata sulla multicanalit\u00e0 come leva di ingaggio per gli informatori scientifici, con piattaforme che presentano diversi stadi di maturit\u00e0 in base al livello di digitalizzazione dei player coinvolti.
