Adesso seguendo la strada della famiglia e dopo il percorso a <em>Masterchef Italia<\/em> ha aperto il suo ristorante, <strong>Timon Grill<\/strong>, un posto che unisce le sue due pi\u00f9 grandi passioni: la cucina e la musica, punto di riferimento a Milano per artisti, sportivi e Vip. Da vero argentino, la carne \u00e8 il suo pezzo forte e ai Live Cooking di Masterchef presenta \u201cIl mio viaggio\u201d: <em>entra\u00f1a di vitello con cipolle caramellate e purea di patate dolce,<\/em> che convince gli chef <strong>Bruno Barbieri<\/strong>, <strong>Antonino Cannavacciuolo<\/strong> e <strong>Giorgio Locatelli<\/strong>. Con grande emozione, Federico vola verso le Sfide di abilit\u00e0 riuscendo a conquistare il tanto desiderato grembiule bianco con il suo nome. MasterChef rappresenta un importante traguardo, una sfida con se stesso e dimostra a tutti che con perseveranza e determinazione si possono raggiungere traguardi straordinari.
