Infornate a 200\u00b0 in forno preriscaldato per circa 20\/25 minuti. Una volta cotti prendete i peperoni e privateli dei semi interni e tagliateli a coltello, procedete al taglio anche con la zucca. Ponete il tutto in un frullatore con un goccio d&#8217;acqua e un filo d&#8217;olio evo, aggiungete anche il basilico e il Philadephia ai peperoni grigliati. Frullate fino ad ottenere una consistenza liscia ed omogenea.
