E’ nato il sushi piemontese. d’altronde il riso ce n’\u00e8 in abbondanza, la carne cruda \u00e8 tipica. E c’\u00e8 un po’ di provincia di Alessandria nella rivisitazione monferrina del tipico piatto giapponese.
Il sushi piemontese \u00e8 frutto della sperimentazione continua dello Chef Domenico Volgare, patron di Fuzion Food <\/strong>(Sushi Pizzeria di Torino). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Si\ntratta di un esperimento di gusto nato dall\u2019incontro tra Chef\nDome<\/strong>, come lo\nchiamano gli amici, e Mongioia<\/strong>,\nuna cantina delle\nLanghe<\/strong> attiva da 6\ngenerazioni nella produzione del Moscato. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il sushi di Chef Dome, infatti, \u00e8 qualcosa di decisamente diverso rispetto a quanto viene servito nei classici Sushi bar o nei Sushi All you can eat. I roll, infatti, non sono avvolti dalla tradizionale alga nori, ma da un foglio di soia che esalta i sapori e gli ingredienti mediterranei, protagonisti indiscussi della cucina di Domenico. Per il riso del sushi, lo chef ha scelto quello biologico della Riseria Vignola (Balzola) qualit\u00e0 Selenio<\/strong> per dare vita a un \u201csushi a km0\u201d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
